Inspired by Good Food
I made Thai salmon noodle soup recipe a couple of months back and i think it would be perfect for the winter months (if anyone was stuck for something to eat!).
Changes i made
As you can see i love a bit of chilli so i sliced the chilli instead of shredding i did the same with the spring onions.
I also didn’t include half a lime as i didn’t think it was necessary as the lime juice was enough.
This was really lovely and can easily be changed so you could add king prawns or even chicken. Definitely one to add to the recipe collection! If you’re stuck for a winter recipe give this a try and let me know how you got on :).
